Backed by Craft Ventures, SaaSGrid is the go-to tool for scaling SaaS companies. We’re looking to hire a Customer Success Lead to help our customers thrive on SaaSGrid.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Customer Success Lead who can own the entire SaaSGrid customer journey. As our first CS hire you will start as a hands-on doer, while simultaneously building playbooks we can use as the team scales. The main areas you will focus on are:

  • Customer Onboarding. When customers get started on SaaSGrid, they need help integrating their systems (eg Salesforce, Stripe, Quickbooks) with SaaSGrid and interpreting their initial metrics. You will consult with customers on how to set-up their systems, help them configure SaaSGrid, and show them how to get the most out of the platform.
  • Customer Success. As our customers build their companies, they have ongoing questions about metrics, analyses, and integrations. You will work with them to understand SaaSGrid and utilize new features. Additionally, you will convey feedback to our engineering team to help us build new features. 
  • Customer Commercials. Identify customers who are a good fit to be upsold and help run renewal conversations, in partnership with our sales team.

Who you are

  • Customer obsessed. You love getting hands-on with customers and seeing them succeed. You can simultaneously manage customer relationships, be a strategic partner, and help drive product adoption.
  • Product oriented. You love to understand the details of software products, and are ready to learn SaaSGrid from the inside out and so you can help coach our customers. Prior experience with finance products or CRM integrated products is a plus.
  • A builder. SaaSGrid is an early-stage company, so you get the freedom to build and create. We hope this excites you as much as it does us.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator. You’ll need to work with our customers to make sure they are delighted with the product, and turn their feedback into detailed feedback for our engineering team.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Onboarding role.

SaaSGrid has offices in San Francisco and New York. San Francisco is the preferred location for this role.
